Exemptions to parts repair warranty:

You cancel your eligible plan then your warranty becomes null and void.

This is only per item, if a different part is the result of the failure then you will be charged with your eligible discounts for the replacement of that part. It will then be under the parts repair warranty.

How it works:

Dependent upon your plan the amount will annually accrue. The amount caps at $1,000. If you cancel your plan before capping or using your credit, it will remain in our records to be used for 3 months after cancellation. If you renew your plan before the end of this time your credit will remain. After this amount of time with no renewal your credit will reset.

All memberships are auto-renewing and will require a verbal or written request of cancellation. All memberships both annually and monthly billed are one year in length and begin on the date of purchase. Monthly plans cancelled before one year will require payment in full upon cancellation.
